✨ The LynchPin Alchemist — 24-Hour Cancellation Policy At The LynchPin Alchemist, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and the time of other clients, we kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before your scheduled service. • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. ⏳ No-Shows • Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service. 💳 Card on File • A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Fees will only be charged in accordance with this policy. ❤️ Understanding Emergencies Life happens! If you experience an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible.
